We at the CFRC decided to use a code of values instead of a code of ethics, we feel that anyone who follows even
1/4 of these values will uphold the greatest of ethics in all one does.
CFRC values COURAGE, that state of mind that enables us to face the future,
sometimes with uncertainty.
CFRC values RESPECT, and that means we look past the first
impression or stereotypical reaction to see and acknowledge that definition of dignity.
CFRC values DIGNITY, the value that we place upon ourselves
as individuals, as contributors, and as participants in the larger society. It is the value that we place on our principles
as we make our way through the world.
CFRC values DEPENDABILITY, and will endeavour to earn and
keep our client's and members's trust by genuinely listening to their needs, encouraging open communication about concerns,
ensuring careful attention to details, and choosing suppliers who share our values and demonstrate their commitment to our
community's high standards and expectations.
CFRC values COURTESY, and will endeavour to do whatever is
reasonable to provide our clients with considerate treatment not merely for the sake of politeness but because of genuine
thoughtfulness.
CFRC values FAMILY, and recognizes that a family may be more
than one or two parents and their children residing under one roof – families are also those people in our community
who share goals and values different than our own, and have long-term commitments to one another. We embrace this diversity,
and will reflect this value in our hiring policies, promotional materials, and business culture.
CFRC values HONESTY , to be honest with ourselves first and being honest
with others will come naturaly. Honesty is a long lost trait in today's society and one person at a time came bring it back
from it's near extinction.
CFRC values KINDNESS, to all living things no matter how great of small
they may be. Every living creature and plant upon this earth requires Kindness. We must always be greatful for the great creatures
we have be blessed to share this life with, could you simply imagine not pets to stoke and enjoy quiet times with or no plants
to care for and decorate our homes inside and out with.
CFRC values GRATITUDE, one must always take time to reflect upon the great
things we have been given in this life. The time we have had to share with loved one even when that time has felt like it
may not have been enough. When one reflects often on the blessing big and small each day our days become brighter and our
souls reflect this upon each and every person we meet through out our lives.
If at anytime one feels they have something they wish to add with our Code of Values please send it in to
us we will be happy to add it to the list. Thank-You
